Home Energy Audit Process:
- A specially trained Energy Auditor who is qualified and certified by Building Performance Institute (BPI) will analyze and assess your home from top (attic) to bottom (basement/crawlspace) for energy losses and opportunities to save energy.
- The Energy Auditor will take inventory of present conditions inside the house, then model the entire house using advanced and powerful software simulations for energy losses and future potential energy savings, and will present a report with the energy efficiency upgrades proposed in it.

Energy Finance Solutions (EFS) is an interest-free loan offering provided by New Jersey’s Board of Public Utilities and New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program that helps New Jersey residents make improvement on their home while also making an improvement on the environment. Eligible homeowners participating in the EFS program enjoy interest-free loan financing through local not-for-profit credit unions. All projects must be completed using a NJ-HPwES participating contractor who is a Building Program Institute (BPI) accredited, and all improvement must be made with NJ-HPwES Program’s eligible measures.
